Grandmaster Ahn Receives Letter of Appointment
The certificate to the left shows that Grandmaster Ahn has been appointed to a newly created International Advisory Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to respond to inquiries concerning Taekwondo and its development in specific countries. Kukkiwon is concerned about the art - and wants to respond to trends that are manifesting themselves on a country or regional basis.
One individual per country has been appointed by Kukkiwon. The choice for the United States is Grandmaster Ahn - who will serve for a two year term

2008 Holiday Banquet
Saturday, December 13 - 5:00 pm
New this year! The Holiday Banquet will be at the Blue Ash school. There will be an awards presentation, a silent auction and martial arts demonstrations in a fun, family setting for everyone to enjoy.
Cost is $5 per person. The School will provide a main course, drinks and desserts. We are asking each family to contribute a side dish.
Parking is available in the Ahn school Parking lot, next door at Dugan & Meyer, and 2 blocks North at the Cornell Strip Mall.

Parent's Night Out -- November 22nd
On Saturday, November 22nd, Ahn Taekwondo Institute will be hosting another Parent's Night Out from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. This will be our first ever Luau. Students, family members, friends, and neighbors are weclome to participate in surfing games, sand boxes, hula hoops, hula dancing, and much more.
Due to the activities that will be taking place, children must be at least 3 years of age to participate. Pre-registration is required for this event. All children must be registered by Friday, Noveber 21st to participate.

Dodge Ball Tournament Rescheduled
Unfortunately, the dodge ball tournament scheduled for Saturday, November 8th must be rescheduled. We are looking forward to hosting another tournament in early 2009.
