Team Ahn Info Meeting -- Friday, August 28th

As competition season is upon us once again, Team Ahn will, once again, be looking to kick off a great year.

If you are interested in becoming part of our competitive sparring team, you are invited to attend our Team Ahn Info Meeting on Friday, August 28th at 7:30 pm. We will be discussing practice times, tournament schedules, and much more.

Ahn Taekwondo Institute Demonstration Team

The Ahn Taekwondo Demonstration Team is coming together! After a very successful Demonstration Team informational meeting, many students and black belt instructors are very excited about team practices kicking off in September.

Sparring Class Schedule

At Ahn Taekwondo Institute, we offer sparring classes on Saturday mornings from 8:30 am to 10 am. Classes consist of conditioning and Olympic-style sparring drills and matches. Students attending these classes may wear dobok pants and a t-shirt.

The following is the schedule for sparring classes for the remaining weeks in August:

Saturday 8/22 -- Sparring Class 8:30 am

Saturday 8/29 -- Sparring Class 8:30 am
